A one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a therapist. Sessions are typically held weekly.

Wellness Workshops
Anthea Wellness hosts drop-in virtual workshops on a variety of topics designed to support mental health and overall wellbeing. Email Hello@AntheaWellness.com for details, including upcoming topics, Zoom links, and workshop times.
These workshops focus on skill-building and education and are not a therapy space. Because the workshops are held online in an open group format, they are not private or confidential. Participants are encouraged to be respectful, mindful of one another, and to practice discretion.

A supportive space where several people meet together with a therapist to share experiences, gain insight, and support one another in the healing process.
