Wellness Resources

Wellbeing is a dynamic and evolving process shaped by many interconnected areas of life. Each of us faces the ongoing challenge of finding balance as we move through different seasons and experiences.

Research often highlights eight dimensions of wellbeing: emotional, physical, relational, intellectual, vocational, environmental, financial, and spiritual. Developing awareness of these areas can help you better understand what supports your wellbeing and what helps you live with greater compassion, balance, and perspective.
